About Allied Paranormal

Recognizing the need for a standardized and balanced approach to paranormal investigation and research, the original Allied Paranormal Investigation Society (APIS) chapter was formed in Phoenix, Arizona, USA by four passionate and dedicated investigators.

Since its inception in 2009, the focus of the organization has evolved into what is now known as Allied Paranormal. Under direction of original APIS co-founder Barry Doyle, the primary mission of the society has shifted to fastidiously examine and document alleged paranormal phenomena in order to gain a better understanding of exactly how and why unexplained activity occurs.

Allied Paranormal lives up to its name by working collaboratively with highly-respected fellow researchers and investigators in the US and around the world combining efforts to analyze and compare investigation evidence, share the most effective methods, techniques and ideas.
